| This is a documentary film about a veteran film director Orhan Aksoy, who is best known for his romantic films, like "Soft Skin", "Kezban", "The Milkyway", "Mrs. Dila", "The Dam", "Shoot the whore ", "Hiccups", "Hasan Drowned ". He directed 90 feature films, 3 TV series and 3 TV films. He wrote the script himself for many of those films and was co writer for the rest. He started his carrier as a projectionist in the theater and then worked as a film editor for nine years. While working as a projectionist, he watched so many American films over and over again that he learned everything there was to know about dramatic structure in films. His films are mostly romantic love stories. This documentary includes interviews with directors, film critics and his favourite actors and actresses. |
